1.1 Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for refunds except under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

1.2 Course Access Limitations

To qualify for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded more than 20% of available materials. Significant consumption of course materials indicates acceptance of the product and disqualifies the purchase from refund eligibility.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription purchases may be eligible for a prorated refund if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date and if less than 20% of available content has been accessed. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Individual Course Purchases

Individual masterclass or course purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided the access and content consumption limitations outlined in Section 1.2 are met.

3.1 Bundled Courses

Course bundles are treated as single products. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available. The entire bundle must meet refund eligibility criteria for a refund to be processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Promotional or discounted purchases marked as final sale
  • Gift certificates or gift card purchases
  • Certification fees or examination costs
  • One-on-one consultation sessions or live coaching that have been delivered
  • Downloadable resources that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Third-party services or products purchased through our platform

5. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

5.1 Platform Accessibility

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content due to platform errors or service interruptions on our end, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve technical issues promptly and may extend your access period or provide alternative solutions.

5.2 User Technical Requirements

Refunds will not be granted for inability to access content due to inadequate internet connection, incompatible devices, or failure to meet stated technical requirements published on our platform.

6. Refund Request Process

6.1 How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and account email address
  • Order number or transaction identification
  • Date of purchase

  • Detailed reason for the refund request

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.

We understand that extraordinary situations may arise. Requests outside the standard refund window or criteria may be considered under exceptional circumstances including:

  • Serious illness or medical emergency
  • Death of the purchaser or immediate family member
  • Significant platform failures preventing access for extended periods
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
